• Standard ceiling with 8’ heights

• Allowances of 4”x12”-12”x24” porcelain or ceramic tile in a grid or running bond pattern. One corner shelf install.

• Does NOT include any plumbing or demo work.

• 2 corner shelfs install allowance

• Larger and higher end showers can raise investment significantly.

• Up to a 5’x’3’ shower

• Pricing does not include, tile, plumbing fixtures, plumbing installation, demo, shower door.
